INDY NEWS: Adam Page Reportedly Turns Down ROH Contract Offer

By JosephSpencer17 · Saturday, November 3, 2018 · 0 Comments

Adam "Hangman" Page turned down a recent contract offer from Ring Of Honor, according to Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer.

Meltzer noted that nothing is happening for Page, The Young Bucks or Cody Rhodes, who have said they want to stick together whatever their future holds, until January 2019. That is the month Cody will become a free agent. The ELITE members have said they want to remain together, but have made no promises that that will be under the ROH banner.

Page has had the longest continuous tenure in ROH of the group, despite being the youngest of the four. He made his ROH debut as a 19-year-old in 2011 and doubled as a full-time high school teacher focusing exclusively in the ring in 2016. Page has also worked NJPW matches and made his PWG debut in 2018, but has never drawn WWE interest. As reported earlier, Rhodes said he has no current plans to return to the WWE on the Chris Jericho Rock-N-Rager cruise last week.
