Kenny Omega, Matt Jackson, and Nick Jackson (often referred to as The Elite) have proven that they are some of the greatest professional wrestlers on the entire planet today. With several fantastic matches between the three of them, the trio has just about completely conquered every promotion that they have worked for. The group still has yet to sign a deal with WWE, and although the three of them have noted that they are happy to compete for New Japan Pro Wrestling, they have each noted that they are not opposed to a future WWE run. According to Wrestling Observer Live, WWE and New Japan will be involved in a huge bidding war for The Elite when their current NJPW contracts expire next year.

The Undertaker is currently being advertised for a WWE live event in Madison Square Garden on July 7th, but that may not be the only time that fans will be able to see "The Deadman" compete this summer. After returning to the ring at WrestleMania 34 and at The Greatest Royal Rumble event in April, The Undertaker has proven that he is not ready to end his wrestling career just yet. In fact, Cageside Seats now reports that The Undertaker will be competing at the SummerSlam pay-per-view in August. It was noted that the company believes that The Undertaker is more likely to wrestle on that show than John Cena at the moment. Expect to see "The Phenom" return to television very soon.

After concluding a fantastic WWE run in 2017, Chris Jericho returned to the ring this year in New Japan Pro Wrestling, and he continues to compete for the promotion. Jericho just recently won the IWGP Intercontinental Championship from Tetsuya Naito at NJPW's Dominion event. Despite his continued success while wrestling away from WWE, Jericho has just confirmed that he will not be competing at Cody Rhodes' historic All In independent wrestling show. During an interview with Inside the Ropes, Jericho stated that he received an offer to appear at All In but turned that offer down. He also claimed that he turned down an offer to appear at the NJPW G1 Special in California later this summer.

Jericho should return to the WWE... If he feuds with AJ Styles or Nakamura for the WWE Championship, it'll be great to see.
