WWE
Last night's episode of SmackDown Live emanated from the Royal Farms Arena in Baltimore, Maryland. The dark match that took place before last night's episode of SmackDown Liv went on the air saw Asuka defeat Sonya Deville. It was said to be a really great match.

The dark main event that took place after last night's episode of SmackDown Live went off the air saw WWE Champion AJ Styles retain over Shinsuke Nakamura. Styles and Nakamura appeared in backstage segments during last night's episode of SmackDown Live but it was noted that they were not cleared to wrestle due to the brutal No DQ match at Backlash that saw the double low blow finish.

Jobber

I was at the show last night. Typically if a dark match is promised and the competitors are legitimately injured, said match does not happen. "Not medically cleared to compete" is usually kayfabe to explain why you won't see them in action that night. Typical business, the match was an attraction for those who paid to attend though was a local match only- hence the story.

The Absolution is going to be seperated soon as Sonya Deville & Mandy Rose are moving ahead as singles wrestlers.
