The Class of 2018 for the WWE Hall of Fame is really beginning to take shape now. It was already confirmed a while back that former WCW and WWE star Goldberg will be headlining the Hall of Fame this year. Later on, WWE revealed that Bubba Ray Dudley and D-Von Dudley will be getting inducted into the Hall of Fame this year together as The Dudley Boyz. It's common for WWE to induct at least female competitor into the Hall of Fame each year and this year's inductee has just been revealed. ESPN announced earlier today that former WWE Women's Champion Ivory will be officially joining the WWE Hall of Fame this April in New Orleans right before WrestleMania 34.

Lisa Moretti has had a career in the professional wrestling industry ever since the 80s when she competed in the original Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling (GLOW) promotion. She competed in the promotion as Tina Ferrari and even managed to capture the GLOW Championship on one occasion. As she continued on with her career, Moretti eventually ended up signing with WWE back in 1999. Now known as Ivory, she continued to break down barriers as she became involved in storylines such as the Right to Censor. She also won herself the Women's Championship three different times during her initial run with WWE. Indeed, she has plenty of experience in the wrestling industry.

Although ivory left the company back in 2005, she has remained on good terms with WWE. She even served as a trainer in WWE's developmental territory Ohio Valley Wrestling for a brief period of time. When asked about her induction by ESPN, Ivory said, "[This Hall of Fame recognition] means that it's a full circle in your career, in your wrestling chapter. It's great bragging rights for your family that have seen you go through the eras and I also feel like it's an awesome tribute to the women in wrestling as a whole." It was reported back in December that the Hall of Fame this year would consist of at least Goldberg, The Dudley Boyz, Ivory, Kid Rock, and Bam Bam Bigelow. We'll have to wait and see if the latter two names are Hall of Fame-bound, but for now, Ivory is now confirmed as WWE's newest Hall of Famer.
