It’s going to be an exciting week for wrestling fans this week with “season debuts” for both WWE’s main shows RAW and Smackdown (which you may have heard is on a new network on a new date) as well as the debut of All Elite Wrestling’s long awaited weekly TV show “Dynamite”
Today AEW gave us a look at the show opening we’ll see every Wednesday night. Of course the video features a lot of quick cuts of various AEW stars from their first two events “Double Of Nothing” and “All Out” including Chris Jericho with his new championship as well as members of The Elite (Cody Rhodes infamously “taking out” the throne) as well as extended looks at Jon Moxley, Shawn Spears, Awesome Kong and Pac.

Canadian AEW still don’t have a network listed where they can watch the brand new show, but some sources have stated that an announcement is “close”
Meanwhile WWE will be debuting show intros of their own tonight – the last year they have gone without a proper show opening video, opting for recaps and cold opens in the arena. It’s also been confirmed that WWE will have new sets for both shows and pyrotechnics will also return as a weekly staple.
It’s not quite the “Monday Night Wars” by any stretch, but it sure feels like the game of one upmanship between AEW and WWE is well underway and all wrestling fans will benefit.
