INDY NEWS: CZW 'Super Saturday' Results From Indianapolis!

CZWrestling.com - Combat Zone Wrestling walked out of Indianapolis on Saturday, February 4 with a new CZW World Heavyweight champion and a new 'Best of The Best' participant.

Thank you to Indianpolis' IPW for helping 'Super Saturday' be a successful event!

* Shane Strickland, Vu, Hollywood Dream, & Kyle Maverick defeated Remi Wilkins, Tripp Cassidy, Sue Jackson, & Dale Patricks

* In a 'Best of The Best' Qualifier, BLK OUT's Alex Colon beat Aaron McCormick

* Navaeh defeated Kimber Lee

* Greg Excellent beat Drake Younger

* AR Fox defeated Samuray Del Sol

* Sami Callihan beat Tommy Dreamer

* Dave Crist & Rickey Paige defeated Jake Crist & BJ Whitmer

* Before the CZW World Title Match could start between Devon Moore & DJ Hyde, Scotty Vortekz came to the ring & said since his opponent "Ego" Robert Anthony was not there, he wanted in on the title match. CZW owner DJ Hyde said Vortekz was a nobody who didn't deserve a shot...until Vortekz punched DJ in the face. DJ's response made the match a three-way elimination match! Hyde first eliminated Moore after a lariat. But Vortekz was able to catch Hyde with a school boy for the pin to become the new champion!

*Ultraviolent Rules: Danny Havoc defeated Matt Tremont

What does this mean for Saturday, February 11 in Vorhees, NJ?

* New CZW World Heavyweight champion Scotty Vortekz, a 'Tournament of Death' winner, former CZW World Tag champion, & former CZW Junior Heavyweight champion will defend against Drew Gulak, the leader of the Gulak Campaign for a Better CZW, a former two-time CZW World Tag & former Wired TV champion who won a #1 contender's match at December's 'Cage of Death'.

* CZW owner DJ Hyde has said early next week he will have a special announcement going into February 11.
