- Randy Orton suffered a separated shoulder in his match with Edge at last night's WWE Over the Limit pay-per-view in Detroit. No word yet on how long he will be out of action.

There was panic backstage when Orton returned from the match with the trainers. A group of trainers checked Orton out. Word is that Orton also threw a fit as soon as he got backstage.

eeks... Ok, that's worse than I thought. I wonder if it was his "snake-ground-pound" that caused it or if was something earlier in the match?

Vintage Orton.

Wonder if he will try to get Edge fired like Kennedy/Anderson. Whats that 2 or 3 ppv's he got hurt @, 1 with HHH & 1 with Kennedy but can't remember if it was a ppv or just on RAW and now with Edge. He was in the military was he not? If he threw a fit over this I'd love to see his reaction if he ever got shot.

Wow, if this story is true, than randy orton is the BIGGEST baby in professional wrestlling, if your going to rant about how edge hurt you, than you shouldnt be in wrestling. nothing will happen to edge, since edge is probably one of the greatest wrestlers in wrestling.

No one said that Edge actually injured him. Granted he was favoring his shoulder after what happened on the security barricade but it was nothing like how he acted in the ring after he pounded the hell out of the mat. He couldn't even stand straight up after it, so it's no wonder he improvised the ending with the ref and Edge. Makes me wonder what the original ending was though...

Yes, he did get Kennedy/Anderson fired. And yes, he was in the military...and if Orton ever got shot it would be in the back while he was running away from the fight. It's no secret that I don't enjoy watching him at all; honestly I can't think of any "top guy" who is less entertaining to me in recent memory. But it's more than that. Basically, I respect just about everybody in WWE and TNA, even if I don't particularly enjoy their matches. Wrestling is not an easy way to make a living, many dangers in and out of the ring, and these men and women are doing what they do to entertain us and make a living to provide for their families. I do not now nor will I ever respect Randy Orton, as a wrestler or a human being (I won't even say as a man, he doesn't deserve that title.) Hurt his own shoulder having one of his highly entertaining seizures, what a clown.

You don't know anything about Orton other than what you have learned from other sources. Kennedy himself was the one who started the "Randy got me fired" bullsh##. The real reason he got fired was because he couldn't avoid injury and he wasn't talented enough to keep around when he was hurt all the time.
And as far as the incident in the back is concerned, Orton could have just been upset at being injured and/or having to end the match because of it. It never said he flipped out on a particular person.

Then why was Anderson drafted back to Raw if management was so pissed at him, and then fired after working his first match when they spent weeks promoting his return? If WWE wanted to fire him they could have done it at any time in the previous months, not after building his return.

1. He injured himself in that match (I don't care what video he posted afterward trying to show he was perfectly fine). At the very least he had a close call after months of being on the shelf (again).

2. He injured someone else. Whether or not Orton complained (which he probably did cause he is a whiner) doesn't matter. If Vince thought Kennedy was worth keeping around he'd still be there.

So it wasn't Orton that got him fired, it was Kennedy himself.

But Orton is talented? He sucks on the mic and in the ring, must be watching something different each RAW.

Well thats a shame, he was building some momentum on a face run, but I expect he'll get back bigger and better. Probably at Summerslam to give Edge a beating. It's also a shame that their feud is over, and I wonder what Edge will be fast tracked into? Cena? HHH? Tag Titles?

Hell, Edge as a GM would work for me...

Give me a break. Why do you guys assume Randy Orton threw a fit backstage because of Edge? He may have just been pissed that he injured himself during a live PPV and he hates getting injured, as you can tell by his past reactions. Also it sucks to ruin a good planned match...thus screwing the fans as well. Edge is NOT Ken Anderson.

WHY CANT CENA GET HURT AGAIN?

COME ON, ISN'T IT TIME FOR HIM TO GET HURT OR DO ANOTHER MOVIE?

You can state your opinion about Orton's abilities all you want but the fact of the situation is that he is a main event guy in the biggest company so all the important people believe he IS talented. Obviously not the case with Anderson.

Most of you aren't that bright are ya'll

I mean some of you lack the common in sense....

Who said Orton had a fit or edge? Did anybody tell you orton cried over being injured? Stop making an ass out of ya self.. It simple said orton threw a fit as soon as he got back stage...

Stick to the facts and stop trying to turn your opinions into facts...
