Dean Ambrose

It was reported a couple of weeks ago that Dean Ambrose will be leaving WWE within the next few months. WWE later confirmed the reports and stated that Ambrose would be finished with WWE shortly after WrestleMania 35 weekend in April. Ambrose is one of the top stars in WWE, so the news of his departure was shocking to both fans and wrestlers alike. Some considered the news to be part of an elaborate storyline at first, but those rumors have been widely debunked now. Fans are now wondering what the former WWE Champion will be doing with his career after WWE. While there is no news on what his next move is, fans won't have to wait too long after Dean leaves until they find out what it is.

According to Ringside News, Dean Ambrose will not be subjected to a 90-day no-compete clause once he leaves WWE in early April. Most departing members of the WWE roster are contractually required to not sign with any other major promotions for 90 days. This reportedly won't be the case with Ambrose and he will be free to go wherever he chooses whenever he wants to do so after his WWE deal is over. When Rey Mysterio left WWE a few years ago, there were reports that WWE freezed his contract, and the company had Neville sit out the remainder of his deal when he decided to quit. Fortunately for Dean Ambrose, that doesn't appear to be the plan, but WWE could still technically freeze his deal for the time that he missed due to injuries.

SmackDown's Rusev and Lana are beloved by fans, which made the couple a natural fit for the Total Divas reality show. They have appeared regularly on the series over on the E! network for the past couple of seasons, but it appears that their run has come to an end. Lana and Rusev appeared on Lilian Garcia's Chasing Glory podcast this week to break the news that E! executives decided to remove them both from the show due to a poor response in a poll. Lana expressed her disappointment and even revealed that she questioned if she is a likable person She said that Mark Carrano and Kevin Dunn convinced her that she is. Rusev added that he is not interested in returning somewhere if he has been rejected by it in the past.
