Jason Jordan

Jason Jordan has been being groomed as a top star over the past few months in WWE. Ever since he was revealed to be Raw General Manager Kurt Angle's (kayfabe) son, Jason Jordan has been made to look strong in matches against the likes of John Cena and Roman Reigns, and he recently held the Raw Tag Team Championships with Seth Rollins. Unfortunately, it was recently reported that Jason Jordan is dealing with a neck injury that has turned out to be far more serious than it was originally believed to be. Indeed, it looks like Jason Jordan will have to take some time off from the ring, and the injury could have not come at a worst time for the young wrestler.

Kurt Angle confirmed during this week's edition of Monday Night Raw that Jason Jordan will not be able to get cleared to return any time soon and he will have to miss WrestleMania 34 this April as a result. Jordan was written off of television last week when Kurt Angle demanded that he head home and begin recovering from his injury. There is currently no timetable as far as a possible return for the former NXT, Raw, and Smackdown Tag Team Champion at the moment, but WWE confirmed last week that he recently underwent successful neck surgery. Hopefully, Jordan will be able to make a full recovery sooner rather than later, but it looks like he will not be able to have his rumored match against Seth Rollins at WrestleMania this year.

Lucha Underground is definitely one of the most unique professional wrestling programs on television today. Naturally, fans were relieved when the El Rey Network confirmed that the show will be returning for a fourth season. A few changes are being made to the show at the moment, and Uproxx's Brandon Stroud recently revealed one of the biggest changes. Lucha Underground will soon be hosting television tapings in the Union Central Cold Storage in Los Angeles. The show will begin taping away from their previous 'temple' location in Boyle Heights that they had used for the previous three seasons. Ticket reservations to attend the TV tapings officially go on sale starting today.
