John Cena's newest movie has been announced as The Wall will premiere October 20th on Amazon Prime Video.

The movie is described as a deadly psychological thriller that follows two soldiers pinned down by an Iraqi sniper, with nothing but a crumbling wall between them. Their fight becomes as much a battle of will and wits as it is of lethally accurate marksmanship.

It is Directed by Doug Liman ("Mr. & Mrs. Smith," “The Bourne Ultimatum,” “Edge of Tomorrow”) and stars Cena along with  Aaron Taylor Johnson (“Nocturnal Animals,” “Kick-Ass,” “Savages” “Godzilla,” “Avengers: Age of Ultron”) and is written by first-time screenwriter Dwain Worrell from his Black List script. “The Wall" is produced by Amazon Studios. It is rated R.

Although originally advertised for November's Survivor Series event, He was pulled from that advertising and the future dates in December may be in doubt. Although he hinted that his match with Roman Reigns may be his last on WWE Television, he has said in interviews that he will never officially retire. One can only assume though that this will be only the beginning of more movies from Cena as it seems he steps back from his WWE schedule more and more.
