Shane McMahon

Believe it or not, it appears that Shane McMahon once invested in a company that specializes in selling marijuana. A new story from the New York Daily News reports that McMahon invested in EnviroGrow, a company that sells marijuana medically and for recreational use in all legal states, in 2015. McMahon apparently filed a lawsuit against the company last year for supposedly swindling him out of $500,000. This news is even more intriguing due to the fact that Linda McMahon works as the Small Business Administrator in President Donald Trump's cabinet, which features several members who are in favor of criminalizing the usage of marijuana. WWE has not commented yet, but it seems like this is not news that they were hoping would get out.

John Cena has been taking more time off from wrestling to concentrate on his film career. He already has numerous projects lined up in his future, but it appears that he will not be joining the DC Extended Universe. PWInsider has learned that John Cena is no longer in the running to star alongside The Rock's villainous Black Adam character in the upcoming Shazam! superhero movie. Cena was rumored to be considered for the role of the superhero that the movie is named after, but it appears that Warner Bros. has decided to pass on the idea. It was also reported that The Rock will still be playing Black Adam in the DCEU, but he also may not be appearing in the Shazam! movie after all.

WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross is finally going to tell the story of his career in the professional wrestling business in his new autobiography Slobberknocker: My Life in Wrestling. The announcer has several decades of experience in the industry which will surely allow for him to provide insight on some fantastic stories that he has been part of over the years. The book is receiving fantastic reviews from some of Ross' peers, including Mark Cuban, Billy F. Gibbons, Justin Barrasso, and New York Times bestselling author Chris Jericho. The book has officially been released on and other stores where book are sold today!
