Florida J Cup Returns in just over 2 weeks
One of the bigger events in Florida every year for the past few years and a previous year, the Florida J Cup returns. This year, all 4 previous winners compete and the other 4 competitors have never competed in a previous J Cup. The winner of the tournament, earns a trophy and the right to challenge for a championship in the near future.
It will be a 1-night 8-man tournament on June 2 plus an over the top rope intergender battle royal. To win the tournament, one must survive 3 matches in the night. Here is information from past J-Cups which have included the previously mentioned names and others top independent wrestlers, graduates from the Team Vision Dojo, and current WWE superstars such as Lince Dorado, Rich Swann, Jay Rios, Jason Cade, Maxwell Chicago, Jesus Rodriguez, Chris Jones, Craig Classic, and more:

Passing of Team Vision Dojo Graduate & Passing of Veteran Wrestler
This past week, Wayne VanDyke who more recently started going by Richard Delicious after beating Rich Swann in Swann's last independent match, passed away in the hospital after have heart problems in a match in South Florida. Also, "Ram Man" Jonny Evans passed away days prior after losing the battle with diabetes. Very sad times for all of us. It's been tough with Ram Man and even tougher with the 29 year old VanDyke. Thoughts are with family, friends, and fans.

Intergender Battle Royal on June 2
The tournament could feature up to 7 matches. It would feature less if there is a draw in a round advancing the competitor in the other bracket. In between the last semi-finals match and the finals, there will be an over the top rope battle royal. Initially, there was a scheduled women's tag and an all male battle royal but due to the women saying the have and continue to compete with the men, the women wrestlers want to compete in the battle royal. So, you'll see guys and girls and who knows what will happen? Will the females stick together or every person for themselves?
