John Cena Will Return From WWE Absence As A Bigger Star Than Ever

John Cena
Any WWE fan knows that John Cena’s absence is now more apparent than ever. In fact, he has been categorized in the list of part-timers after participating in the memorable WrestleMania World Championship where he proposed to his girlfriend, Nikki Bella. John Cena is now focused on growing his brand as a world class entertainer. He is supposed to achieve this by shooting or getting involved in several A-list films that will attract the attention of the world.

His success put him in the same field with people like Brock Lesnar. Rare appearance now means more for their respective fans. It means that fans get a rare treatment of his action in the ring, and this means more to them because he is already a rare commodity.

Following the recent split of the brand, it still appears that WWE Superstars are still getting over-exposure through excessive content yet delivering nothing special.

WWE treats its viewers to 3 hours of Raw and 2 hours of SmackDown Live every week. This is in addition to the occasional after show pay-per-view specials, SmackDown live, and Raw.

Fans feel that rare is better

Although diehard fans of wrestling will appreciate the excessive content on their screen every week, those who have been catching up with WWE stars know that it can get boring. In fact, this is damaging to the novelty of stars like Cena who have built a name out of their wrestling careers.

The truth is that Cena’s planned breaks are a huge loss of revenue for WWE. But on the other hand, these breaks are proving to be a blessing in disguise for the star.

Cena’s breaks from the wrestling scenes are not a vacation though because it is generally understood that he is working behind the scenes to deepen his footprints at the Hollywood scenes. He is now set to star in an animation film called Ferdinand which will hit the cinema screens on December 15th. In addition to this, Cena is also up for some big movie times through films like Daddy's Home 2 and the Pact.

Cena is also expected to star in a war drama called The Wall. This is a movie produced by Amazon Studios and is expected to hit the cinema screens in late summer.

It is also obvious that these release dates will not come before Cena makes another appearance at the WWE. Meanwhile, he is focused on shooting and promoting the mentioned movies which have since made frequent appearances at Bella Twins YouTube channel.

Also, it is worth noting that the upcoming season, Total Bellas, as well as their forthcoming wedding with Nikki will be televised across traditional and digital platforms around the world.

Definitely, Cena is headed for some big fame in 2017. Every occasional appearance at the WWE will definitely raise questions in the minds of fans who will be thinking that he is probably making his last appearance. It is now certain that even as his filming activities become more intense, he will find it harder to create part-time schedule for his wrestling activities. At this point, a slot machine at InstaCasino, developed in his honor would be a godsend as it would remind fans of his time at the WWE.
